Dear Sir,
I bought a M brand computer from your store on 30th Sep 2009 at 6pm. It is a laptop computer, model 15TL50, with dual core processor, 2GB memory, 500 GB harddisk, and it is loaded with Window 7. Since the computer has been bought, I hardly use it. However, when I use it for more than 1 hour, it always turns off by itself without giving any indication. I have called your company hotline for help but they cannot offer me any solution. I am a student and I need the computer to work on a school project very soon. The condition of the computer is totally unacceptable to me. I am writing this letter to you, to request for a refund of the computer. This will enable me to get another one to work on the school project. Please grant me my request, otherwise I will approach the Consumer Association for assistance.
Pleae find attahced a copy of the sale receipt, and records of fault report for reference.

First of all, during the trip the tour guide not only introduced too many activities at our own expense but also took us to so many different places to do shopping, which occupied much time. Besides, I don’t think the guide is competent enough because he had no good knowledge of the scenic spots and was rude to us. What was worse, the food served was of poor quality and the accommodation conditions were awful.
