高三英语110多分，说明单词掌握的情况是非常好的，3500词范围内的单词，基本都可以做到看到英文就条件反射说出中文意思，而且语法基础也比较好。通常单词熟练度达到这个程度，分数会在80~110分之间，这个同学是属于优等类型的。

但是，成绩没有突破120，说明这个同学不善于观察。他没有思考过，为什么单词都能看懂的情况下，长句会看不懂？如他可以拿一本牛津词典，把看不懂的长句，一个词一个词的查出来，他就会很快发现，在这些句子中是包含词组短语的。

距离高考还有110天左右，英语分数70分，有没有机会提分？看起来有点难，但是实际上有非常成熟的提分方法，把提分划分为两个步骤，只要执行力到位，仍然有机会提高30~50分。

高三英语考70分水平的同学，有效的单词掌握量大概在2800个左右。高中英语3500词，只要能够做到看到单词就能条件反射说出中文意思的熟练度，150分制的高考难度的试卷，至少能够拿到80分。如果语法不是完全零基础，通常分数会在80~110分之间。所以，提分的第1步就是背单词。

睡眠记忆法提高记忆效率

词组短语可以背《高中英语1.5万考点》，这个资料对高考真题中出现的词组短语和固定用法，连续十多年保持98%左右的命中率，每年发布命中率分析报告。从目前的时间开始推算，当我们背完单词且分数达标以后，距离高考还会剩下90天左右。这时你想要把这个72页的资料全部背完，肯定是不合理的。

通过以往的命中率分析报告来分析，《1.5万考点》高频和中高频这两部分的命中率维持在70%多至80%多。这两部分加起来是40多页，我们可以用睡眠记忆法，每天背一页，用40多天背完一轮，然后每天复习两页，用40多天再复习两轮，就有足够的时间在高考前背完一轮复习两轮。

这两部分如果能够掌握30%，0.7×0.3×100%=21%，记忆水平可以达到高考115分的水平。如果能记住50%，折算成总体的记忆率就是35%，就有机会突破125。

所以，虽然时间很紧，如果我们能够掌握睡眠记忆法，先做好第1步提分；再运用这个方法在词组短语的记忆上，做好第2步，我们仍然能够让自己的英语成绩提高30到50分。对这些同学的高考总成绩而言，那可能会是翻天覆地的改变。
